In this class, we will practice case studies on corporate law.
In order to deepen the knowledge and understanding of the Companies Act, the lecturer basically asks the students questions and the students answer the questions, using specific cases as the theme each time. Depending on the situation, the lecturer will ask students to solve the problem all at once and add a comment to the answer students made, and also provide an opportunity for discussion among students.
