Course Objectives and Attainment Goals
This course aims to give fundamental knowledge to procure and enforce intellectual property rights in U.S. , Europe and Japan. It prepares students to develop basic skills to draft patent applications and prosecute patents etc. Students will learn both substantive and procedural laws for enforcing intellectual property rights in U.S., Europe and Japan.
