授業の目的と到達目標
This course covers Innovation and Law in the emphasis of legal practice. As attorney admitted in California and District of Columbia, U.S., and partner of Gaikokuho Jimu Bengoshi Jimusho in Tokyo, Mr. Isshiki presents legal issues Japanese high-tech companies face doing business in the U.S. and the global market. Prof. Aso will introduce the current discussion on AI and copyright and the metaverse. We will also discuss the protection of new varieties of plants, including genes.
