履修者は、知的財産法分野の判例をソクラテスメソッドを用いて学ぶとともに、それぞれ知的財産法分野における研究テーマの報告を行う。
　研究会（3年）や、研究者・実務家によるオープン・セミナーと合同で行うことがある。
【授業の実施方法】
　対面式で行う。報告で使用する資料は、報告者がPDFで用意し、履修者と教員に報告3日前までにK-LMSを通じて事前配布する。

担当者は、弁護士（1992年登録）として知的財産法実務に従事するとともに、大学における知的財産管理体制の構築や実務、特に国内外での特許出願手続および知的財産関係契約交渉を統括する業務に従事してきた。本授業では、知的財産法上の諸問題や裁判例を研究するなかで、実務的な視点も養うものとする。

Generative AI Policy for Classes

本授業の予習復習では、必要に応じ、生成AIの活用することを奨励する。実際に使用することにより、AIの利便性やリスクを知り、知的財産法など法的問題に関心を持ち、授業で学修したこととの関連で考え、調べる習慣をつけて頂きたい。
使用にあたっては以下のルールを守ること。
・授業中の生成AIの使用は、特に指示しない限り禁止する。予習復習においてのみ、以下を守って使用すること。
・AIが生成した内容は必ず自分で検証し、必要に応じて修正すること
・使用したAIツールの名称と使用目的を明記すること
・他者の著作物や個人情報を含むプロンプトは使用しないこと
