Course Contents/Objectives/Teaching Method/Intended Learning Outcome

ドイツ法の全体像を理解してもらえるような講義にすることに力を注ぎたい。
　まず，「比較法」についての基礎的な説明からはじめ，ドイツ法の形成の歴史と法思想の流れをたどり，日本におけるドイツ法とドイツ法学の継受についても触れてみたい。次いで，現代に目を転じ，ヨーロッパ統合や国際化にともなうドイツ法の変化についてみた後に，ドイツ法の各分野を概観するなかで，現代のドイツ法が直面するさまざまな法的問題や課題についてともに考えることにしたい。
　なお，具体的には，以下のようなテーマを取り上げる予定である（※講義の内容とその順番は授業の展開に応じて変更されることもある）。
