About the Class Schedule
At the beginning of the semester, students in the Advanced Life Sciences Research Group decide on a research theme and sign an advisory contract with a faculty member or senior student who will serve as their research advisor.
Students then compile the results of their research during the semester into a term paper, which is submitted and also presented at the end of the semester.
Students are encouraged to present their significant results at domesticand international conferences, as well as to publish their findings in
international academic journals.
The overall events of the research group throughout the semester include guidance at the beginning of the semester, lectures by lecturers from inside and outside the laboratory, pre-conference presentations, graduate student research presentations, and the presentation of
research results at the end of the semester (at SFC and camp site).
These plenary events are mainly scheduled on Tuesdays.
Fridays when there are no plenary events are reserved for project-specific research activities.
In the middle of the semester, each project holds a mid-term presentation meeting to discuss the contents of the term paper.
In addition to this, there will be class activities for cross-project inter
