Course Description/Objectives/Teaching Method/Intended Learning Outcome
IAthletes repeat various efforts and ingenuity to improve their performance. It is not enough to just make an effort, but it is necessary to train efficiently and appropriately within a limited amount of time. And you have to be sure to demonstrate the results of that training and action. An environment that supports athletes is also important for improving athlete performance. The purpose of this class is to investigate and research skills, methods, and support for improving and demonstrating athlete performance, and to seek practical results that can be used in the field of sports activities.
In addition to improving the performance of athletes, in order to contribute to society by solving problems and issues in the environment surrounding sports, research and development to embody the value of sports itself. We would also like to make a proposal.
