Course Summary

The area covered by this seminar is general administrative law. It covers not only the problems related to administrative case litigation and the theory of administrative law, but also the latest problems related to administrative systems and policy making.
If necessary, we may invite an expert as a guest speaker.
Depending on your wishes, you can select a wide range of research subjects in general law, so please consult with me. And depending on the situation and the number of students, court tours and other activities are being considered.

Course Description/Objectives/Teaching Method/Intended Learning Outcome

We are going to deepen our understanding in line with the interests of the participants regarding administrative law, legal system and legislative policy. We will also come up with solutions to the latest issues facing the government.

Focusing on the current legal issues related to public administration, this course analyzes institutional design, including legislative policy, from a legal perspective.
