Course Description/Objectives/Teaching Method/Intended Learning Outcome

　民法の物権法に関する講義を行う。当該科目では、物権法入門および総論から、物権変動、占有の意義と機能、所有権、用益物権までを主要な講義対象とする。物権法に関する基本的理解の確立と問題思考力の養成に資する授業を目指している。なお、講義は、担当者作成・配布によるレジュメに基づいて行う。レジュメは講義当日までにkeio.jpにupするため、受講の際に各自持参されたい。
　なお、新型コロナウィルス感染拡大の影響により、オンラインによる実施を余儀なくされた場合はオンデマンド方式にて行うこととし、音声データ付き講義レジュメをCanvasLMSにupした上で、その旨を周知する方法を採る予定である。
