W. F. White, Street Corner Society
A classic of American ethnography. Especially Appendix, a must-read for fieldworkers. The book is very easy to read with no theoretical sections, so it is a great introduction to a sociological classic.
P. Willis, Learning to Labor
This is another classic of fieldwork, but it spends half its volume on theoretical analysis. You can read a combination of ethnography and theoretical analysis.
Garfinkel et al. Anatomy of Everyday Life
A Japanese edited version of a classic articles on ethnomethodology. The book is a paperback, so it is easy to pick up and easy to read to understand the concept of ethnomethodology.
A.Giddens, The Construction of Society
This is Giddens’ major work that elaborates on his structuration theory. It is not an easy book to read, so read Chapter 1 for an overview and Chapter 6, which describes its application to survey research.
