Course Description/Objectives/Teaching Method/Intended Learning Outcome
この講義では、憲法の初学者を対象に、「法の支配」と法治主義、国民主権原理、平和主義といった立憲主義憲法に内在する原理についての基本的理解を踏まえた上で、憲法の総論部分から人権総論・各論、及び統治総論・各論の分野にわたって日本国憲法についてその全体像をなるべくわかりやすく説明する。その際、英・米・仏・独の憲法についての比較憲法論的な視点から、日本国憲法についての解釈論について深く掘り下げて検討、考察を行いたい。
この講義を受講することによって、政治学を学ぶ前提として憲法についての基礎知識を修得すると同時に、立憲主義の考え方に基づいた人権保障のあり方や統治制度のあり方、公権力の行使のあり方について、どうあるべきかという考察を受講生各自ができるようになることを目標とする。
